By making a booking with SkyPop Bounce & Slide, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

🎈 Equipment Use & Care

• All equipment must be used safely and as instructed.

• No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, slime, or silly string are allowed on inflatables.

• The equipment must not be moved, dragged, or repositioned once set up.

• A maximum number of 6-8 children on the castle, The number of children must not be exceed beyond this number at any time

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Supervision

• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

• SkyPop Bounce & Slide is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or lack of supervision.

🛡️ Damage & Liability

• Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

• Charges may apply for repairs, cleaning, or replacement if damage occurs due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

🌧️ Weather Conditions

• For heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons.

• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or credited.

🔌 Power & Access

• A standard power point must be available within reasonable distance.

• Clear access is required for safe delivery, setup, and collection.

🏠 Setup Area

• The setup area must be flat, clean, and free of hazards (rocks, sharp objects, pet waste).

• Any delays or issues due to unsuitable setup areas may affect hire time.

💳 Payment & Cancellations

• Full payment or minimum deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Cancellations must be made in advance before 3 days otherwise you still be charge
